"Howl Dog ReArising" 2018 Mixed Media/Acrylic on canvas 40" x 64"

"Animal energies bump into each other and move around on my log wall at will, striving to complete themselves. There is an urgency here. Their Eyes are bearing Witness to the blatant disrespect that the human species has for the fragile web of Nature. Energies forge through Rock, down under and then Rising.... Mother Earth is screaming for help!"
- Jacqueline Rieder Hud

"Tending to the Welder's Forge"

The work now on Studio wall is becoming more textural, as I include found objects on the Blue Mountain Ranch, some of which I have dug up out of the Earth. Messages arrive from Down Under, a dialogue between Psyche and Soma, a textural story of union with Mother Earth.
